Few too many labs, I'd cut it down to 1 or none at all.
the unbroken lengths of roads and rivers are kind of ugly.
Other then that it looks fine.

Again, this screams stalemate.
Well-placed rockets totally own the place.
Unless rockets are lab units, in this case it will be an horrible mech spam.
