AW doesnt really work like you think it does man.. go check out other peoples invasion
maps and see how they go about doing it before you design your own.

This may be stating the obvious but the Axis side can't win. All the Allies need to do is keep
one unit on their side and they can't lose.

I am going to agree with the people dissing the map, the terrain variety is pretty bad and
what's with the battle ships? make it so some sort of unit can be produced and possibly
put in some bomber units. over all.... 4/10

for instance, make the infantry/ mech side mountainous and the tank side with some
forests, and some rivers would not be the end of the world either.

I don't think they had tanks for the d-day mission. It was all infantry and mechs. I think.

Your almost a year late, I don't think you commenting on this map is going to change anything
but proof that you've been here.
And you do realize that there is an edit button underneath your comment box right?

LOOK EVERYONE....... its quite simple ..... the main problem is you have to move all those
units one by one ..... every single day........ and even if you have the stamina to do it ......i bet
my bottom dollar that one of the other 6 players doesnt and so players will get booted and
mess the map and this map will never even get started let alone finish..............

Also thats far too many units to even try to pass through the gaps
The problem is you cant give orders en-masse
and your finger has a finite lifetime

RE-DO the map with about 10 or 15 units per player (and some kind of production facilities ?)
and youre beginning to get something playable at least.

Fairness is probly irrelevant on this kind of map...... theres no point calculating in advance
who is going to win ...... its for fun to see who wins by PLAYING the map (and surely never
playing it again) --- but in present state its totally unplayable

I think AWBW needs a readily accessible place for newbs to get readily digestible GRAPHIC
or VISUAL information on how to get what they want out of AWBW --- for example the map
maker will not get a very fun game out of his map, he ll probably get bored with other
players not moving, he ll get mad at the criticism of his map and he ll probly not get much
enjoyment nor contribute much and .......wander off.

All the other newbs joining such similar "attractive" but totally unplayable maps will also get
very little out of awbw and in turn contribute nothing and wander off.

DUEL----- you are right---but cant you give useful advice not just slaggings and telling
offs --LOL-- the maps probly just been made by a schoolkid and you sound like a
schoolteacher telling him "FAIL" ....with a measly 1 / 10..... they come here to get away
from that kind of treatment :) .......Duel, cant you just paste and copy advice that you have
given on previous similar maps ...? i do understand you probly get bored coming up against
the same bad maps time and again, and cant be arsed typing it all out again.
