Not enough funds. There are 20 properties on the map that produce funds (Com towers
don't provide funds), so 10,000G income per side. That's like, only enough for a mech and
tank per turn.

Minus the high starting funds, there isn't really anything wrong with the map.

Make the first 2 cities on each side neutral and it'd be a nice map, but as it stands, an
Early Recon rush is way too simple to do on this map.
