Make sure to ban Sturm, Sami, and Kindle. Mechs?
DuelStriker (11/04/2007 01:31pm):
Wow, chokepoint heaven.
sirfuxalot (11/04/2007 01:33pm):
The front is very wide though. I got this idea from Shadow Star's Eager Walk, which ends
in a stalemate because there are no airports and the map is too small for chokepoints.
Metalic_Dragon (11/04/2007 01:36pm):
Mechs
Shadow Star (11/04/2007 03:46pm):
...Eager Walk worked just fine with 1500 funds and no bans...but it seemed like a rather sad
thing to do. and there really wasn't enough space for airport placement to be ideal. (I'd have
to make the map larger.)
hmm, 15 property per side, with 3 bases and 2 airports. extreme non infantry, or air
chokepoints.
a little sad on the whole no AA can stop Air production.

I wouldn't ban mechs if your running a normal game, because the battlecopters should fix
that issue.
sirfuxalot (11/06/2007 12:15am):
That's not really cost effective, considering three mechs can be built each turn for half
the price of the two possible bcopter deployments.

Arty + inf > mechs, especially here where you don't have to worry about tanks and recons
breaking through.
Falconewing (06/11/2009 09:23pm):
Mechanized infantry and air units and rockets and missiles and artilleries ftm!

Excellent concept map .... you dont need to worry about spoil-sport down-ratings when you
are in a class of your own!
Gameplay will surely be very different than standard, i wont say why i think this as it might
spoil the game of others but it surely wont get choked too much with air available.

Edit--? could be a bit volatile with tricky headache calculations from early on due to HQs
proximities ? ... it might help prevent stand-offs, or make it worse.? ... i d like to hear
anyones experiences here.
