My tribute to the user "Saltpeter", who's fond of making maps with no neutral cities. He
also likes making maps where there are bunch of Blue Moon cities by Orange Star bases (and
vis versa), and he likes making maps with the word "moth" in them for no apparent reason.

I simply took this to the next super awesome interesting step- do you rush for the base,
do you capture your enemie's cities, OR do you capture the enemy HQ?? Oh the choices!

LMAO!!!!! Also I already asked why he did the Moth's thing, it's because his other favorite
online alias is Moth and he accidentally named his first map Moth's ______ so he just stuck
with it to make them all easier to find. Also, LOL!
