Two things wrong with karamana's comment. 1) Obviously he has no taste whatsoever 2) If you think there's no way to improve the map, no matter how misguided that opinion may be, why does it only get a seven out of ten? Even accounting for things that you may have missed (such as the entire map, perhaps?) if you think it's unimproveable then why are you not rating 9 or 10? (Not that you should be rating at all, really. But I don't get the thoughts behind subtracting 3 points from a perfect ten from a perfect map (which this is NOT.)) |

Tyrael gives good criticism. If you dislike it, ignore it. Maybe he's harsh, but his tips are helpful, and you could do with them (I myself gave the map a 1/10 because that's all it's worth as is, you need lots of improvement, look at S-Rank and A-Ranked maps for ideas) |

Symmetry is fine if there's a fair counter. (and it's not technically symmetrical due to forest placement anyways) the bases in the middle are in a pretty terrible position. the pipe seam isn't going to change anything. there are too many bases to non base property. try to have at least 1:3 or 1:4 production to non production. (Silo and com tower don't count) The raods are so straight.... there are no chokepoints to speak of what-so-ever. (at least one would be nice....) That's all fo the problems that I see with the map that need changing before I consider it a normal level map. (or, joke maps with a point to them, there are those as well, this is neither) |
