Quit it, mkay? These maps aren't fun anymore.
rast2 (12/21/2007 04:13pm):
I had fun in the two we played. Sorry you didn't.

Lol, the games were fun. But as said above, all your maps are beginning to look repetitive and this one specifically
is way too small. Remember smaller means FTAer, and it gets to the point when 1 additional infantry is too much of
an advantage, essentially breaking balance.

I got to be honest...I think this map could go in Pending Removal, and nobody would really
notice. Don't get me wrong, I like the style of most of your maps. But this one is way too
small, and there's basically massive STA.
rast2 (02/17/2008 11:41am):
STA - I guess you mean BM sending his initial infantry south instead
of just grabbing one of the two close cities with it? Pretty sure that
is countered if OS sends his 0,2 infantry to his HQ (or, in fog, to the
middle forest).

I've played over 20 games on this map and not noticed that one side
or the other seems to do better. What I have noticed is that, for either
side, capturing your first two cities with your first two infantry is a
losing strategy. The 3 cities at bottom are key, and need to be
agressively contested from the start.

The gameplay on this is not complex, but it is as good as it can get
on a map so tiny. If this is to be deleted you might as well delete all
maps smaller than 8x8, and get amarriner to make that the minimum
size.
Power_of_Dance (02/17/2008 09:10pm):
...Now I'm curious.
Power_of_Dance (03/03/2008 08:16pm):
Alright, I'll admit, the match was kind of fun. If you yearn for a (very) quick match, this isn't
really that bad of a map. I might recommend higher funds, though, unless you like
Infantry/Mech/Recon battles. I'll give it a 7 to counter the current rating.
rast2 (03/05/2008 01:05pm):
Thanks POD. If I were to change it I'd probably add an extra city in the back, maybe where
that forest is now.
Red11 (02/12/2011 08:39am):

Dont change it - it's purfuct
