I like it, although non perfect symmetry wont kill you!

Your tracks and wheels have to go left and inf and art sit in the middle, and across the river,
to disrupt enemy. Three rear bases to reinforce the front...

Opening phase of game perhaps a little long and slow...

Id be happy to play you on this map...? :-)

Agree with Shifting Shadows, four bases a side is too many, three is plenty. I don't like how
it's linear (there's only one way to get to the enemy, not counting a couple infantry that cross
rivers), it doesn't give you options and is more inclined to stalemate. Speaking of which,
there need to be more cities toward the frontline so one side can gain an advantage instead
of players just going back and forth along the middle with nothing changing- when I push the
enemy back 5 tiles from the symmetry line, I expect to get something more than "oh, now my
units have to travel farther and his don't, so he can get reinforcements easier. But that's OK
because when he pushes ME back, then I'LL get quicker reinforcements and the whole
process will repeat itself". More cities in general would be good here, you need a high
city:base ratio to prevent infantry and mech spamfests, those aren't fun.

Don't listen to Red11- perfect symmetry is a very good thing, it insures your map is
balanced, plus looks better. And the openings of every map are going to be slow if you
make a good, fair, balanced map, because lower starting funds keep First Turn Advantage
(FTA) under control, which you seem to have a good grasp on (as a rule of thumb, the inf
should be on a factory).

Nice, the bridges are good so units don't have to travel 80 miles to the front :P Seems a bit
plain around the outsides though, too many plains. Add some forests for visual appeal
perhaps?
