i actually see the point of the ports, you grab the lab over there and the port, build a battleship, get the factory thats outside, build a few piperunners while capturing the surrounding properties, and you have your turbo base! (retarded people that follow these instructions not included) |

Actually, it was because SEA UNITS CAN GO ON RIVERS. I MEAN COME ON, RIVERS ARE WATER. |

Not a fan of how the symmetry type affects the central part of the map (especially the back to back properties). It would probably be nice if there were a few broken pipe seams around too. 7/10 for me. |

Different and looks quite interesting. However is a bit long and thin (short maps with wide or multiple fronts are most dynamic) But anyway the variety of early game options should help avoid symmetrical type of spam and stand off situations, especially in fog ? Worth a try. As of day 9 i am still spamming infantry with some arty to break pipe... Not yet reached expected midline battlefront, and hence no sign of enemy. Fortunately, opponent is playing quickly to keep this interesting... The usual average game length at awbw is around 9 days. Well, battle is now imminent at day 10. |
