Way too many properties, 41 for each side (42 to whoever gets the odd one out)? Also, FTA
needs to be accounted for. And the bottom part of the mainland will get kind of clogged, plus
become indirect heavy. Just get rid of those islands on the bottom corners, add some
reefs, open up the south, and give an FTA counter.
