if you look carefully, blue moon does not have FTA. OS is 4 steps away from base/ aka 2
turns. Bluemoon is 7 steps away, aka 3 turns. then just play it out and no FTA

I think it's too far to besides to attick,i believe move 4 units near to both factory.and it still
have FTA,maybe add more city or factory is a better answer.
