Averaging funds across every country. I don't think the neutral base is a good thing.
The empty center is kind of bugging me.
YC and GS need a starting infantry. (although then they could get a recon going early for
disruption so you'd want to either neutralize the owned city)
I'm a little annoyed by all the roads, but I have a problem with too many roads.
The reasoning behind the Base is simple, at 7000 income, the best plan is two mechs and an
infantry, or two infantry and a recon/artillary. With only two bases choices get cut to more
tactical choices then infantry/mech spamming.

Slightly too late for that, but I rated fairly on how I think, not just a blatant 10/10.

And the middle was also bugging me, but I found a way to fix it without changing the value.

I wouldn't have the 4 Silo pads be next to each other, perhaps touching the forests.
it's better. the counters not quite right at the moment due to a turn one recon to slow down
OS and BM.

I'm just going to get rid of the Counters and mess with the middle some more...

You basically know my opinion from the forums, but I liike it. There's not going to be a whole
lot of intense battles since each team has 7 buildings until someone quits (I don't like
setting funds to more then 1k for some reason). Still good, 8/10 for me.

FTA counter please. Also, the empty silos would make good city spots if you wanted more
fundage like I do.

Infantry, not mechs please.
A mech counter is most of the time not suitable.
In this instance as well as the idea of a FTa counter is to put a player half a turn ahead. the
mech does not do that as it's not within capturing range.
By replacing the mechs with infantry, they can start capturing one city a turn ahead of OS
and BM.
I'd also suggest neutralizing the owned city.

Ummm...I guess it's cool...but the mechs are an odd choice of FTA...I'm not sure if it balances
the FTA.
