The Italian army has the advantage despite the fact the BM and OS may seize 10 properties
to 9 and the Com Tower.

This is because of the 28,000credit MT and the fact that it will take some time to capture the
neutral cities.

The Central base should be made neutral.

Still, an interesting map.

Hmm. it's like, David(s) and Goliath. except, instead of a slingshot that David came with, you
can replace that with a blowup squeaky toy.

In all seriousness, I'm less concerned with the megatank, and more concerned that JS
comes with more funds (to begin with and overall), more bases (4 versus 2).
and comes swith a great defense if they just want to build rockets and stockpile funds.
It's not like Os and BM would be able to match JS's speed at building units, or bigger units.It's
chokey, unfair team disadvantage.
and the 1 verss the 2 is jsut not going to happen. without the megatank we might be getting
close to fair. (but with the funds displacement (11000 versus 5000+5000), it wouldn't be fun)

One thing to note is that 10k beats 5k +5k and that's not even getting to the part where
its 4 factories vs 2. Each of the 2 smaller ones have to have more. Give them a bit
more to work with.
