FTA/10 OS doesn't need the infantry, and BM doesn't need to extra city. Just give BM an infantry on one of their bases. |

Oh right, this was for DoR but since there aren't any bikes in this, might not be as relevant. Put the infantry on the bottom base. You can capture the cities, or make it go for one of the bases. Either way, it still takes 4 days for the infantry to go straight to a base than if it was on one of the blue bases. |

properties on the exact middle of a map enhances FTA, just put the bases a bit less assymetrical to one side (left base 2 spaces up, right base 2 spaces down) |

I'm playing on this map, and I like it. Of course, I'm winning, so that's not saying much. Controlling the bases on both sides is critical, and holding the middle allows for a flexibility in formation that you might not have on other, larger maps. As for for the first turn advantage, I think blue moons in infrantry makes up for that. 9/10 |
