Roads pl0x. The map looks uh... unorganized with all of the properties for the armies
everywhere. It's hard to tell teams (or no teams). Also, the center comm tower will most
likely be ignored since more fighting will take place outside of the piped area.

I really hadn't thought about playing this with teams. It looks like team play should probably
be four teams with a corner and a side for each team, or two teams with two corners and
two sides for each team. Also, I did add some roads. Putting roads between countries
seems to invite recon rushing, though I thought about doing it anyway.

GS has an extra city next to their HQ. Change it to RF, and at least the starting amounts will
be equal.

The city is fixed, and the pipe sections were shortened to make it less choke-pointy.
