Clumped property is never a good idea. The large chokepoint in the middle forces all troops to go through a sea of trees. The airports are just too close. 9 bases per side is a good thing, but not in the way the property is set up. at the moment. Black Hole has a serious FTA as they not only go first, but are a lot closer to the pile of property than JS, who goes last. All of the roads are in one location, which means that things like Recons, Rockets, and the unusually built Missile, will have trouble on this map. My suggestion to you for making this map better, is start over, don't have those one tile wide locations that noninfantry type units are forced to funnel through. Don't clump property to more than 3 at the absolute most in any given 3X3 zone. make sure that every country can get to the extra production facilities by the same day count. Fix the First Turn advantage (That is, that players are better off going before other players) Spread the property and terrain out. Either remove the pipes on the outside, or make sure that the pipes are integrated into the maps structure and isn't just a boundary that piperunners can ride on (if they get built) |
