Why not just put the infantry on the HQs? What's stopping Sturm infantry from going to the
other countries' infantry and killing them? Why are there cities at the bottom?

In this map there is a good chance for OS to win if they have 5 infantry like BD, but BD will
probably win if noone captures their HQ.
In fact, the person who is lucky enough not to have their HQ captured by Day 2 should win.

OS can't capture BH but BM, GE and YC can. That's not a problem.

different players do.

think the missile silos are too much of an FTA counter. that enables the later countries
to capture the other hq's first, if they're in danger. the infantry counter, I think, is
good enough.

this. None of the earlier countries are going to capture someone who's already being
captured, and the later countries can just launch a silo at whoever's trying to capture them
and capture their HQ, and eliminate threats. If you don't believe me, check the map analysis

Sturm would better be banned because he can move quickely enough to prevent his neighbours to capture his HQ

No, it takes 2-3 turns if the person is Sturm to attack the person next to it. When people see
that he's on the move, they'll capture his HQ, so he'll have to attack 2 people capturing it. The
best ban is Sami, since even if she's hit by a silo, she can still capture an HQ in 2 turns.

Adding units would probably make YC and BD the most successful at capturing every other
HQ, only difference is BD has an extra unit and a silo...

Another good ban would be Rachel. As soon as Rachel would be hit by a silo, if
successful at capturing an HQ, she would have fully health Infantries.

In these games I do find that my fate is decided by others....... And in those battles
between OS BM GE YC, OS can take out any of the rest....... While YC has no chance if
OS BM GE decided to deal with it. Maybe we can have missiles for everyone, while BH
and countries taking turns after BH have two missiles?

I have totally revamped the map to make it looks nicer, and look more like a normal map

The ONLY CO ban i recommend is KANBEI.
the only CO i would partially ban is STURM (i will balance him later, he is too strong now, because
of his movement bonus)

improvements:
Now there is a luck/random factor involved. if you choose a CO with +0 atk, u will 50:50 one hit KO
the mech. if you have +1atk, u will have 100% one hit KO. sturm cant be one-shotted, and grimm will
always one shot the enemy.

the game is balanced around
1) Sturm (-2/2), Von Bolt (1/1), Max (2,0), Grimm (3,-2), Sami (-1/0), Hawke (1,0)

choosing a defensive CO will delay your death, but make it slower for you to start capturing
choosing an offensive CO will make you start capturing earlier, but will speed up your death and
might force you to launch missile

I come to the conclusion that there are too many properties for players to rush to hq immediately.
