I suppose if it's a team game, the chokepoints won't be too bad, but I'm not sure. If each country has captured all the properties in its corner, then it will have 9000 each turn. It is a little low, but this way air units can't be spammed. A player must choose between a B copter or other units. Or, the player can save up and build something big. Besides, I don't know where else to put more neutral cities. :P |
