the maps looks ok, but isn't it stupid to give EVERYONE two towers? now erveryone has the same power-boost. and imo there are too much silos. When the allies wait for the right moment and fire all their silos on the same turn, GS is doomed! 7/10 |

Gs is not doomed if all the silos fire on the same turn unless the gs hq is surrounded by enemies that are less then 5 squares away and there are few gs units left. |

Good idea, but with a map like this, GS can sweep the field easily. Day1. GS has 50K funds. He concentrates all of them on 1 segment (lets just say Red fire) and builds infantry on the other 3 sections. He'll build, what, 2 neos? That's a LOT of firepower, considering every other single country gets 3K a day, and it'll take a week before can even BUY 1 of them, and at the same time, GS is building away. Let's assume the players get smart and each strategically fire off their Silos so that the Neotanks die off. In the luckiest scenario, they get like, 5 free days to themselves. Hah, thats like what, 15K each country? Very funny, no one can even match the firepower of a simple Neotank (imagine he mixes between them and bombers). If GS plays smart, he can easily take down a country just by sheer force within at most 15 days. Now, the issue about Towers. You addressed this earlier about universal boost right? However, this is a HUGE Difference. The comm towers are universal and cancel out ONLY if that country is alive. In my description, GS will overwhelm Red Fire within 15 days at most. Aha, once he wins that, he gets at least 20% boost in everything. Thus, he can work his way to Jade Sun, annihilating everything, getting another 20%, and soon, everyone else will be overwhelmed and lose. Finally, some may say that, Oh, if you're just concentrating on 1 at a time, another section can get stronger and stronger, and the last section will be extremely strong. That is completely True. However, the truth is that, GS will be EVEN STRONGER. He will have a HUGE land advantage, and his slight handicap can be easy overcome. Improvements: GS needs less funds. You can change this by splitting GS into 2, 4 countries, so starting funds are halved. GS does not suffer from Booting. Sure, if he gets booted the gaem if over, but its like what, 8 vs 1? if any one of those 8 gets booted, it makes GS's already simple job even easier. Remedy- splitting GS into more players as previously stated. COMM TOWERS- When GS gets a hold of the towers from defeated nations, he gets stronger and stronger. Take them away, they're not a universal boost, they're feeding GS. Silos- maybe add more of them, so GS will have more of a handicap, so other countries can develop. But, instead of adding Silos, why not just add cities? And remove some from GS, that's a necessity. Rating- I'll make a rating after you make this map playable. |

Too many games on it to ever fix it. I'll suggest that the allies are allowed to use Colin and Kanbei. If you let the allies use some brokens it might balance it. |

If you want a game of pure stupidness, host this map and play GS as Colin/Javier and basically do this: 1. Build two megatanks/neotanks as Colin and focus on CI who will be the easiest to kill since he goes last. 2. Switch to Javier when you get close to CI. The only unit your opponent will be able to build to deal with your mega-tanks is artilleries, but since you have 40% defense against indirects the artillery fire will bounce right off you. 3. Capture CI's towers, boosting yourself to 140/140. Next take out JS and capture his towers, then you are at 160/160. 4. The other two corners should be really easy after this. 5. Finally you will be invincible with 200/200 stats. The people on the sides should've quit by now. I say this because I see someone created a game on this map with tags enabled and with nothing banned, so I can already see how horribly this is going to play out. There is no defense against this. Even if the people in the corners are Grit they won't be able to stop megatanks that have 140% power against indirects. No matter who you are there is no stopping this strategy, GS will kill the people in the corners and take more and more towers until finally he is invincible. Assuming nobody fixes this terribly flawed map here is how I recommend you go about playing on this map: 1. BAN JAVIER 2. Ban the broken 5 3. Ban Sasha. A GS player as here will shut down everyone's CO and Sasha is broken at 500 funds per turn. 4. Disable tag teams. 5. Set the funds to 500. This will give the four corners a chance. 6. um, shouldnt blue moon's neutral airport/seaport on that island be switched? all the other bases have the seaport on the right hand side if you're from the POV of their base. doesnt really affect gameplay, but doesnt look symmetrical. |
