There are about 4 too many ports to keep going with the current funds count.
There are about 10 more airports then the funds can support.
there seem to be about the right amount of bases, but it's a very high for the amount of cities.
Now, to keep a map flowing smoothly, and ensuring that Javier isn't any more overpowered
than any other CO (with exceptions to, well, you know, the five.) you shouldn't have more
than one Com tower per country on a map unless it's specifically designed with the sole
purpose of utilizing them.)
Lastly I feel that the chokepoints are quite powerful in these instances, coupled with the fact
that this is AWBW and not Advance Wars: Days of Ruin, the two ports on the outside (the
ones that aren't going to go very far due to there not being any bridges that the sea units
can go through) makes those ports quite defensive.)
A lot of the map feels very cluttered, and has a fair amount of things that really slow down
the game flow.

All in all, the potential for a normal map, but the current design is set for AW:DoR and not
AWBW which needs a slightly different approach for map making.
