I see these problems.
First turn advantage. which will cause OS to build infantry first, causing them to capture
first, causing them to build artillary first, causing them to restrict what BH can do, causing BH
to lose.
I see chokepoints which will hurt traversing.
No other problems, but with the size of the map, those problems are going to have major
impacts (about 4 or 5 points per, judging by the severity of how important those problems
are)

The problem with a tiny map is that the extremely strong artillery (it's really strong for
its cost) and putting BH's base and OS's city close enough that an artillery can hit the
base makes the artillery extremely overpowered here.
4/10. bad city placement, and tiny maps in general are terrible.
