Volcove (11/11/2008 06:54pm):
My first attempt at a non-symmetrical battle, the name and setup inspired by a certain body of water in a certain series of games. It is hoped that the terrain itself will account for FTA (rather then the usual infantry-on-factory counter), such as the fact that BH would reach & capture his/her factory first, as well as some minor terrain benefits for said Bh player. Testing will be needed to see if more is needed or not. Aside from the usual bans, Sturm and Sami may be considered as well due to recon rush (especially for BH) and easy center footholds respectively. |

That series of games is awesome. |

Days Of Ruin - Indeed it is. blanci - That is correct; the two center ports are ghost ports. In case you do not know, the presence of the ghost units prevents units from being built from said ports, so they can only be used for funds & naval repairs (and to let sea units, primarily transports, pass). |

Which game is this based off, Twilight Princess? I see the reef where you fight the bug thing... I see the entrance to the Water Temple, and the river exit... |

Volcove (11/13/2008 05:16pm):
I suppose it would be most related to Twilight Princess, if anything. |

Update: reduced chokiness of side fronts, influenced neutral city placement to be friendlier for BH. |
