Your going to end up with a infantry fest so your should turn the 4 neutral bases into cities.
The central airport is in favor of CI so you should either remove it or give both
countries one

That's not good. Infantryinfantryinfantryinfantryinfantry
turn 4/6 neutral bases into cities.
Get rid of that airport and replace it with something like a comm tower because at this
point whoever has the airport is gonna dominate.

I must have published it by accident. It wasn't finished, but O well. I changed most those
bases into airports... except the ones you start out with. That should help a lot.

I gots rid of most the airports (since it's so small, Fighter movement range was an issue). I
added more cities and got rid of the properties in the middle.

It should be a lot more playable now... and more balanced...

ok --- if you want to keep it symetric you could just put one piece of pipe in between in
centre to stop the fighter getting across in one move ... or just dont worry about the fighter
as theres not so much money here anyway... and the players can simply use an infantry to
block the one move fighter attack --- i think it would look better being symetric properly rather
than with just the airports located unsymetrically

You might want to ban stealths... to make it more balanced later in the game
