Map for the design contest, category 2, ALL sea units must be used on the map.

CO bans: broken 5, Kindle, Drake, Sami, Sasha. Ban Javier if you really want to, but he's not
that special with just one comm tower on a map like this.

I made lots of symmetry mistakes whn making this and had to go back and correct them
numerous times. If anyone spots one that I missed, tell me and I'll fix it.
