A map, made by myself, which is completely equal and where it is important to conquer new
islands as soon as possible, because holding them is easier than capturing them and they
give strategic advantages.
A naval superority is also recommended.
Have fun

Um, major FTA. (17K starting funds will require 8.5K funds in units on half of the production
facilities, which, you just can't do especially with three ports) Too many production facilities,
A map this size, for four players, really cannot support more than three ports and two
bases. or three ports two bases and an airport maybe. Not unless you're property clumping
wich is a major bad thing to do on maps. All of the airports are too close to each other. i
know people mention the 9 tiles away which your outer airports are, but, at the same time,
more distance is better. 5 ports are never going to work. three of those ports will be just
supplying.
With no FTA counter, OS is going to steamroll to the center and block up the BM and Ge's
options almost instantaniously, then, with nowhere to go, BM and GE will have to invade
BH's quarter of the map, screwing BH over as they go last. this won't be a fun map to play.
