so i want to try my hand and make some league-quality maps, make em good. 27K for 5 production facilities i was unsure of adding a fourth base but it seems the map is well covered by three of them, roads around all the map, and sea transport in the center, ban the 5 plus sturm and anyone you don´t like, give, help, rate, complain, whatever, EDIT IMPORTANT, i´m still wondering if the bridge chokeoint may cause stalemate |

I think the com towers can be made to be more contestable. Right now they seem to be a "here, let me give you extra attack for free" sort of deal. Also, the southernmost/northermost bases (non-FTA counter base for GS) could probably stand to be a bit closer to the enemy. Or just add a neutral base where a city is like you're saying in the chatroom. Alas, the bridges do look like they'd stalemate, or at least somewhere near there will stalemate. Making it a complete land bridge may ease it up a bit. If you still want the river to keep the lake name, then maybe put it somewhere near the HQ leading out to the com tower island. Recon rushes will kill the possibilities of getting that base as well. What you could do is put one of the preowned bases near the HQ, maybe where the silo tile is right now, and replace the current preowned base (the GS FTA counter base, that is) with a city or even an airport. |
