This design has been used, but there's actually 3 places that are fought, something that the other map doesn't have. The islands are good, but the big island can be hard to fight on. What if the other person builds a Battleship? It'll be hard for a Submarine to get there or a Bomber to bomb there without being destroyed by fuel or a Fighter. It's good! 8/10 |

The Battleship option prevents the map from stalemating easily, also it takes a while until the Battleship is in a position that can really harm the opponent. Using Stealths and/or B-Copters and shielding them with your ground units is the key to destroy those, also you should have some Rockets around so it's not a big deal. Also, you can build a Battleship yourself and harass your opponent a bit. The main key is to build an early Lander, thus being able to ship heavy units towards the opposing HQ. The other islands seemed to work quite fine. I don't know if it's possible for a player to get control over both islands. I added mountains to make sure it's not possible anymore. |
