bland, 2 neutral bases too close together, and too many mountains. You need some passes. Also, you need FTA counter. PlusYou need to make the map fair for both sides. It's okay for an amateur.2/10 |

Thanks for the help, much appreciated. There are only those two passes as I wanted the majority of the fighting to happen in that central area; hence Crucible. |

airob (07/24/2009 06:15pm):
the center base is symmetry offset, also the samea mount of capturable cities must be afforded for both sides fi you want a big fight on the center area, i recomment putting two bases, one for each army, of course at about a 10 space distance from one another AT LEAST it could have some more cities, and forests these all mountains look too clumped, and chokey, open up some paths to the center, maybbe every 4 mountains tiles, open up a 2-3 space gap, and of course , make sure symmetry is ok |

I think this map might actually be improved if both sides had access to ports. That could create an interesting double-front as people use landers to ferry ground units around the circumference of the island, or use battleships to lock down their control of coastal territory. |

it takes less time for ground units to travel by themselves on this map design |
