it is biassed toward BH b/c of allthe black boats alowing him to both refuel and heal, while
the other armies cannot

As you may have also seen I have purposely picked maps where it is probable that I would
lose, and also YOU SIGNED UP TOO, so you have no right saying that I have an advantage,
and constatly complaining about it when you continue play those same maps. But I will in the
future try to not. Also when I made this map I had no clue what black boats did since I have
only played the first game.
