Orange Star / Blue Moon / Green Earth / Yellow Comet all win their areas. Nice idea but It
is way unbalanced. Grit would also kick all kinds of ass because he'd just fire over the
pipes with artillery while his opponents try to raise fund for a Mega or Neo tank to break the
seam.

-2 for turn problems.
-2 for a single silo in a place where it would take like 8 turns to smash through and then your
opponents will smash you.
-2 because it's just too small.
-2 because BM or GE has a greater chance of winning then any other country. (OS would
win first then smash the pipe to get to the silo. then BM or GE (whoever got the pipe
smashed) will beat OS and then have 8 property, twice that of any other.
-2 because i had to write so much negatives.

And the player going first have a way too big advantage
