I tried to put a ton of ideas and different options into this map :) I hope they will work
in practice. This map is not playtested yet and I really want it to work, so this is
probably not the final version.

Version 1.1:
- Changed 2 bases into neutral bases to focus the game more on the other bases and to
avoid stalemates
- Removed the pipes in the corners to a large extent
- Added 2 neutral cities
- Removed a symmetry mistake

Version 1.2:
- FTA/STA Changes
