I don't normally comment on maps since other people ususally point out the stuff but I think I'll have to make a call here. While it's just barely average for a free for all it is really bad as a team map. When I look at this map, I see Blue Moon winning by default. Not only do they get the airport (which is better than what everyone else has access to) but they also get two rockets and a tank. You might as well say they also have that neutral city since a T-Copter is the only unit that can get to it. With the firepower they already have along with the airport, Blue Moon she dominate the map. Red Fire starts off with no extra property to get and one Mdtank vs. two rockets, a tank, and someone who has an airport. Gray Sky starts off somewhat better but still has nowhere near the power of Blue Moon. Finally, Green Earth perhaps has the worst position. No one would need a port or submarine on this map. In a two on two game, the right side would and should win easily on this map because losing really wouldn't make sense. In Fog of War, this map also favors the right side. Even in games with it off, the people on the right side can exploit the fact that they can move indirects into the woods and be able to fire on the enemy. Also, the single link between the sides can easily be defended by the right thanks to the position of the rockets and it can also be passed pretty easily thanks to Blue Moon's airport and you have ocean there so footsoliders can't even cross. Sorry friend but I think I have to give this map a 3/10 until it's fixed. |

Actually not even a t copter can get to that neutral city. And yes it it really unbalanced. Why does each army have varying lengths of mountain range protecting them? Even deleting the predeployed units and airport would keep this unbalanced. Grey Sky have hardly any defence while each other team have a good number of mountain protection. |
