Very good, the top and bottom bases can be quickly pressured, or players can instead
focus on gaining the center.

Here's what I see.
The bases near the top and bottom of the maps will soon be overrun, and it will become a
battle with a giant diagonal front.
nothing wrong with that but it's somewhat chokepointy at the middle.
no rating yet. I want to test this map first.

The lone bases are meant to be overrun, but it depends on player skills how much cities he
can grab and hold before that happens.
The front line might be long enough to avoid chokes, but as you said - the tests will show
what should I change.

The FTA counter is too small. You need one more infantry with this starting setup. And I also
think it will be stalematy (either too many bases or too many mountain or sea tiles)

after the first game I'll fix it. Giving second soldier is too much, but GS city near RF
base should be enough. Amount of sea tiles will be also little reduced. Mountains... there
are really only 4 of them placed in the important center area, is that too much?

its so confusing. I think there is a bit too much terrain variety....
