Bans: Broken 3, Kanbei, Sensei, Kindle, Koal, Sami, Javier, and Lash.

This map is based off the fictional ecumenopolis of Coruscant from the Star Wars series. I
realize that 100% urban maps do not do well for tournaments, leagues, etc. etc. etc. This
was more meant to give a feel for the location, and I'm not that worried about balance issues.
