I chose these HQs for not particular reason. I thought about the airports and figured,
even if
they would be advantageous and something to fight for across the water, their overall impact
would be minimal because there are sufficient funds for each army to buy an Anti-air easily
enough, therefore crushing copters - and saving up to buy a Bomber might not be the
greatest thing to do. But still, let me know if I should take out the airports altogether
or add a
third.
