DJ-Moogle (03/20/2010 12:33am):
A map using warp tiles. I wanted to make this map feature surprise attacks, so fog is preferred. Players can sneak along the forests in the center, and find plenty of shortcuts to battle with a foe. The double roads are a "no man's land" so to speak. Players generally don't want to be in plain sight in the fronts. ENJOY! (note: I didn't put the cities on the top of the map directly behind the HQ's because I didn't want to erase the HQ by accident. In order for the map to be playable, I had to type in the letter/number in the text document to make the HQs ) |

It isn't completely symmetrical, there are only 2 mountains when there should be 4. |

I may fix the central area to make it symmetrical after the current games are played. Not sure if it will hinder movement in the center. |

Why do the armies have different sizes? It shouldn't be too big of a deal but it could do a number to your ratings.... |
Meta Rexy (08/22/2012 01:26am):
You should move the HQs closer to the front to emphasize the surprise attack aspect. Perhaps place them near the lone neutral base? The middle should have more rewards for more incentive to travel there. Also perhaps you should place pipe seams cutting through the middle of that zig zag of pipes to offer another attack route to speed up fighting... These suggestions are all my opinion. The map seems ok but some of the entrance to the teleport tiles can be blocked by infantry which can be problematic in fog... |

Symmetry in the center already exists, just that it's diagonally. |
