mhm i wonder if this is balanced at all. taking a second base first as a counter for one starting base and 3K is either too much or too low... i guess a playtest should tell. |

It seems okay, played a couple of games on the map one as OS and one as BM didn't notice any issues. |

If this was a small map there would be issues, however, because this is so large the distance factor mitigates any imbalances. For example, it is 4 infantries versus 2 it is pretty clear who is going to win, however, if it is 15 infantries versus 13 it is not so clear. FTA: OS will get one base first because the inf he builds on the first day will be a turn ahead of BM's build inf. BM will also get get one base first because his predeployed inf is closer to a nuetral base. Things would be pretty fair, however, right now there is an FTA because both players are earning 5000 because of the cities the players get; BM does not have anything to counter 2500. |
