How is any team supposed to win? No barracks = No artillery = No capturing of buildings =

If at least one player is Hachi then Hachi can win by capturing HQs and everyone else can
only win by rout.

If no-one is Hachi then you are guaranteed a draw by not building any units

-2 game will last fcorever. build two antiair, a sub, a B-ship, and two cruisers and you can't
be attacked.
-2 for the turn order really giving soem teams advantages.

2 words. very poor. it doesnt get much worse than this. This is why...
1 no basses means no capture which means never ending war
2 no white citys to take to help you on ur way
3 no reefs
4 identical income
basicly you can only win as hatchi because when he uses his Super Power he can get
infanty and get everyones HQ and kanobi dont stand a chance or if everyone else dies of
bordum and resign but could be even worse i serpose (2/10)

version in AW2.

In addition to Hachi, Sensei can win by HQ capture too, thanks to his powers. Another thing
that worries me is units running out of fuel, especially subs and planes.
