How is any team supposed to win? No barracks = No artillery = No capturing of buildings = Tie |

If at least one player is Hachi then Hachi can win by capturing HQs and everyone else can only win by rout. If no-one is Hachi then you are guaranteed a draw by not building any units |

10 -4 nothing to capture -2 game will last fcorever. build two antiair, a sub, a B-ship, and two cruisers and you can't be attacked. -2 for the turn order really giving soem teams advantages. 2/10 |

2 words. very poor. it doesnt get much worse than this. This is why... 1 no basses means no capture which means never ending war 2 no white citys to take to help you on ur way 3 no reefs 4 identical income basicly you can only win as hatchi because when he uses his Super Power he can get infanty and get everyones HQ and kanobi dont stand a chance or if everyone else dies of bordum and resign but could be even worse i serpose (2/10) |

In addition to Hachi, Sensei can win by HQ capture too, thanks to his powers. Another thing that worries me is units running out of fuel, especially subs and planes. |
