War has been declared!! Reinforcements are limited so be careful with your troops. Over
the mountains or straight through the middle. Risk your air units running out of fuel, or use
them immediately. Choose wisely.

Overall, I like it. I'm guessing this is a FOW battle. One thing I would chage would be to move
the units closer to their respective HQ's so there isn't any first turn advantage.
