GE has a neutral base to capture, while BM does not... the lack of symmetry might lead to
player advantages too... plus the silos... major FTA there (BM will always fire the first
silo in fair CO situations)... I'm not too sure how to rate this, honestly. I suppose that
it's a solid 7.
