So it appears people are actually playing one of my maps O.O So I guess I'll say what my
thinking was behind this map.

Don't you hate it when one series of units (by this I mean land, sea, or air) tends to be
a lot more powerful than the others, so people end up choosing Eagle/Jess/Drake without
having to rely on their weakness? Well I attempted to balance that out here, trying to
make equal dependence on sea, air, and land units. The sea units help soften the
opponent's forces with battleships and carriers (maybe no carriers, depends on if you want
them or not). The air units help traverse the middle choke, being able to hit units that
aren't even at the front lines. Finally, the land force that ultimately pushes through
and collects the properties. If you're facing Eagle, deploy a lot of AA's, his
battleships won't be that effective against them. If you're facing Drake, get the
BOMBERS!!, his sea units will drown. Finally, if facing Jess, your battleships will help
diminish her numbers. All in all, I attempted at a balanced map, although there may be
many flaws.

I don't agree your point of vue. If only defeating Drake Jess and Eagle was so easy...
First, I remeber your that Eagle have his air units defence increased and he can destroy any
anti air in one turn with a bomber.
Then, Drake have naval units that can move 1 square more than the other. Therefore 2 or 3
Cruiser will destroy any bomber with one shot and Carriers exist ;)
Finally, Jess is not very good with air and sea units but she can damage effectively those
bettleships with subs or bombers or battleships, and a damage battleship with 2 or 3 HP is
useless.

Good map by the way 8/10.
Put maybe some roads on the N-E ans S-W islands.

Ok, I did a little bit of fine editing to the map,and to better understand my goal for
this map, I'll re-phrase what I said previously. What I wanted to be true on this map is
that each aspect of battle is equally as important. It's just as important to have air
dominance as it is to have sea dominance as it is to have a strong land force. The
problem with some maps is that if people choose Eagle, the sea aspect of the certain map
isn't important at all, making Eagle's disadvantage pointless. Same with Drake, although
less often is this true. Jess, on the other hand, plays a lot more like an Andy than she
does a land-dependent CO, so she's not really the problem. So the basic point of this map
is so that when people choose Drake/Eagle, they have to deal with their disadvantages as
much as their advantages. Does this map make choosing a Green Earth CO stupid? No, but
this map definitely (or I hope) makes each CO equal and fair (excluding broken CO's, such
as Grit/Colin/Hachi).

Oh, and one more thing, I was wondering if the cities in the sea, if some of them should
be ghost ports, to make healing and using sea units easier (and if so, how about ghost
airports?))
