I don't know what the brown army is, but they have TOO MANY PROPERTIES. Cut down on
the amount of properties, and this map's good.

I think that the properties on brown desserts island should not be owned. Furthermore do I fear
that a smart Brown dessert player will focus on the north eastern neutrall bases at the start and
preventing YC from capturing them. If Brown dessert captures those bases, then Brown
dessert will have 16 bases while the oponents have 14. Furtermore Brown dessert will have
advantages, because he can use his COP more often.
