Basically, the title says it. A basic 2 vs. 2 map. There's not much I was thinking about when making this map, except I had a little inspiration from a map who's name I forgot and I believe got deleted. Anyways, the teams are set up to counter FTA and Double turns (aka two turns from the same team). OS and BM have an extra base and airport because their cities are harder to hold on to, wheras GE and YC's cities are mostly close to home, and most likely won't be contested unless they're close to finished anyways. And if BM and OS are too powerful comparitively to GE and YC, then they can focus their extra power against eachother on the middle island. Anyways, now onto Bans CO Bans: Trio, Kanbei, Sensei, Kindle, Sami? (possibly due to crossing the river), Von Bolt and Sturm. Unit Bans: Stealth, Black Bomb, Pipe Runner (although lol if you build one). So yeah, polite feedback plz and feel free to rate. |

looks kind of bland though, may be you should stir up some more terrain like shoal and silo tiles. I suggest you add com towers and labs as well. I don't think banning COs other than broken five are necessary here since none of the unbroken COs have that much of advantage on this map. |

Ok, I made another edit to the map, attempting to make each side fairer in their combat. Basically, YC and GE Cities should roughly match OS and BM Cities (as in numbers and how easily they are captured), and OS and BM get an airport instead of both an Airport and extra base. Furthermore, the Airport is more centralized, to help with air vs. air combat (basically to help support your ally). I think this map is lost in the middle of the map book, so I doubt people will comment on this map again. But if you have anything to say, feel free... |
