I would just use a standard FTA counter here, you can get rid of the 2 BM infantry and all but
the most southern YC infantry.

Also the map is a little city-heavy (a feature that a lot of your maps seem to share). There's
nothing wrong with having 15k funds per side on a map like this, but there are a
disproportionate amount of cities in the NE and SW corners. I would relocate some of those
cities nearer to the starting bases for early funding. As it is now those cities will be used as
defensive points on the front, and with that many I think the game will be less dynamic.

Lastly I'd replace some of the forests with plains, especially the ones right around the base
areas. The map just looks a little terrain-heavy, but it's probably not that important to the
game-play, more of an aesthetic thing.
