Map completely overhauled for High Funds with a mixed base layout as of 8/6/22.

Map's a little too big and HQ-rushy for my tastes. If i redid it, I would probably put the 2 bases on
the HQ front instead of the corners, but oh well. 7/10.

When I actually redid it, I turned it into High Funds + mixed base. The main shape of the land mass is the same, but everything
else is different.
