It's interesting, maybe one or two more bridge sets, might be in order. Because the bridges
are worth fighting over on a map like this..

Cool map. A bit choky, but the sheer number of routes/fronts makes that less of a problem.
8/10.

There's quite a few problems that would be nice to see fixed. First off, the bases surrounded
in forests are extremely easy to lock down with an indirect, and visa-versa. The first person
to build a rocket locks down the other base. Secondly, I would like to see less roads leading
everywhere. Recons become extremely powerful in the capture phase, almost necessary.
Other than that, I like the look and such of the map.

I love the look of this map. Usually with the "blockish" look it doesn't come out so good,
but this looks great. The rivers, the roads, everything looks nice.

As far as enjoyable battles go, theres nothing wrong with blockish looks.
With all rivers and bridges this map is clearly unusual and going to give a different kind of gameplay than the
standard kind of map. Which is great.
There may be some issues of proximity of bases as mentioned by K man above and elsewhere for other maps,
but perhaps its good to really see what these issues are in practice and have fun in the process. Less
speculation.

During my game in fog (with1500 funds ) I guessed my opponent should get rocket so i just purchased
infantry on the base. My new infantry took his
5 or 6 hp damage like a man, and so what ! The infantry pops onto a nearby city to rebuild and I buy another
infantry or mech. And the poor rockets looks somewhat underused in this situation. Meanwhile i can use that
rocket money elsewhere get a big lead in income . Alternately i could have bought rocket on other side of map
and done same.. And battle continues. Lock-down doesnt necessarily mean end of battle. It can be a fun part
of battle.
