The center is too chokepointy - Only two options to enter through, and given the potential max
economy of each side, the game will last well into the 40 day range.

Sorry, but in its current state, I see it as unplayable.

Unplayable may be a bit strong, the map does have major issues though. Like Lucky said
chokey and a low amount of funds, it's also very bland and has too many bases per side.
Could be good with some thought 4/10 for now.

Add some alternative terrain and add more cities. As it is, the map is quite sparse and
could use a bit of spice. Making the pipe seams even would also greatly benefit this map,
and as it is rather spread out, an airport for each side could also be a viable option.

You want to make each side feel powerful; otherwise, players may tend to pick up the
defensive, especially as they have a massive wall between them and their opponents. To do
this, simply add more properties per side so that more powerful units can be constructed.

Also, you may want to add some incentive for players to push the offensive. Perhaps hiding
bases within the entanglement of pipes would force turtling players to charge the middle as
soon as possible to secure terrain advantage.

The map has some interesting concepts to it. Just add more detail to the map, and it could
be an interesting turnout.
