Looks like Black Hole has found a new ally, Gray Sky. The rogue commanding officers that
left Black Hole now join as a ragtag group known as Red Fire. Gray Sky uses a chemical
weapon that has been known to brainwash anyone unlucky enough to breathe it in and have
shut down the power grid the allied forces of Wars World originally possessed. A scientist
from Orange Star has the cure to this virus and must secure enough electrical power from
50 structures before he can produce the serum to immunize others. If the scientist is
killed or the resistance headquarters is captured, the mission is failed and the chemical
weapon will be released into the atmosphere.

OS, BM, GE, YC, RF vs BH, GS

Ban Sensei and Hachi. Be sure to turn fog of war on for an even better effect. The funds
per city should be as high as possible. And be sure to set the funds per city to the
highest possible so Black Hole and Gray Sky get an even advantage.

I think BH and GS would steamroll the allies, if the allies can't make anything new; BH
and GS can win through attrition.
