Perhaps the center is a tiny bit unfair, but i tried to balance the extra distance to the airfields with green and yellow being a step closer to the factories. I also need to fix the mountains next to the os hq and the extra reefs. What is really bothering me are the groups of three factories- are they too easy to capture from one side? |

One problem: OS will get to the triple bases on the right 1 full turn sooner than GE, capturing a base quicker. |

OS will get to the bases first? They should reach it the same time if they both run for it, giving GE a chance to attack the OS infantry before it starts capturing. |
