A second attempt at making a map that could work for 2000~3000 funds per property.

It's interesting. For a normal funds map, I would say that it's way too narrow and choky. But
that could work out really well for high funds; in fact it's one thing I'm considering for them.
The abundance of air units and naval units should keep games from stalemating. Gonna
have to test it out, because high funds are more or less completely unexplored.

The FTA counter is proper. Also, can you remove some cities? 26 per side means 52k at 2000
and 78 at 3000! I think a better range should be about 40-60k instead of 50-80k...
